Steppin' to St. James

The spectral creature whom I like to call Long Legs goes for a stroll in this chilly, creepy cavern. While there, it does a spot on performance of St. James Infirmary Blues while emulating the footwork of Cab Calloway. The spirits and objects in the background represent past sins or events in the life of the character within the ballad. The Snow White cartoon from which this ghoul originates was almost fully animated by Roland Crandall, and it was released 4 years before the Disney version.
