KaBlam! - Issue #1 - Nickelodeon

IIIIIt's KABLAM!! Welcome KaBlamoids to your final destination for all things entertainment!! Cue the ska tunes!!

While rewatching some old KaBlammy episodes I got the itch to create what would have been the cover for the long-lost, mythic first issue of KaBlam! before it was a TV show. I slapped together a sketch in a couple of minutes and then slathered on the heavy digital painting techniques to bring this bad boy to life.

This is for all of you Nickelodeon fans out there. Look closely for a few little details and references scattered across my cover. If you want to see what happened to Henry & June, search online for the pilot for "The Henry & June Show". Perhaps the plucky duo left showbiz to lead fulfilling lives outside of the limelight.
